REC! continues a story that began in 2021. Before the European Creative Economy Meetings, accro ran two editions of the European Creativity Biennial in Strasbourg, in 2021 and 2023.
Both shared the same aim: to give the region’s cultural and creative industries a stage that matches their scale, and to show by example what creation brings to economic development.
