LE GOOKER

Led by Denovo Interactive, a product design agency, in partnership with the Fonderie de Niederbronn, the Le Gooker project is developing an ergonomic, easy-to-use outdoor wood-fired oven offering high-quality cooking. It gives everyone, beginners and experts alike, the pleasure of authentic cooking and a wide variety of dishes, notably flammenkueche. A genuine nod to Alsace’s culinary roots, this convivial oven lets people gather, before and after cooking, around a built-in, easily transportable brazier. With a cost of €195,000, the project was supported by Tango funding of €5,000.
