Led by l’Ososphère and the culinary centre Kuirado, ArtfoodLab connects art, cooking and digital technology by bringing together the know-how and sensitivity of culinary designers, artists, chefs and contributors from a variety of backgrounds, notably through digital programming and its applications: 3D printing, sound and audiovisual installations. It draws on these many fields of expertise to create multisensory, convivial and innovative experiences where different skills meet. Chefs, artists and digital players come together to offer distinctive, high-quality experiences to the widest possible audience, extending an artistic vision with a new dimension of taste.
