What we do: Workshop3C

Workshop3C editions

The clients, challenges and student team proposals from past editions of Workshop3C.

Students in a workshop during Workshop3C 2025

Five editions since 2020. A computer server manufacturer, a digital arts festival, a regional nature park, and accro itself twice. Each time, the same method and a question that had not yet found its answer.

2025: accro

Designing the future of events in the cultural and creative industries together

From 20 to 23 January 2025, at Digital Village Strasbourg.

For the first time, accro sat in the client’s chair: imagining a new accro event format for 2026, one that would raise its profile, reflect its values of innovation, sustainability and collaboration, and speak to an audience at the crossroads of the general public and CCI professionals.

The proposals: Connect’Art (visual art festival), Rive pARTy (three days at the Batorama pier), Immersa (immersive, technology-driven event), Alsace Fashion Summit (clothing and textiles) and Culture en connexion (creativity for living together).

2024: Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park

Why do the park’s cultural sites attract few visitors year-round?

From 15 to 18 January 2024. The first day was spent in the field: Niederbronn, the Maison de l’archéologie, Lichtenberg Castle, Graufthal, La Petite-Pierre. 23 participants in 5 teams.

The proposals: Punto Innov, Rand’Innov, Vosges Ventures, InnoVosges and Olaf et les 3 Innovateurs. The Park did not adopt any single proposal, while highlighting how several of them brought people together: the client leaves with a range of options and decides what to do with them.

2023: L’Ososphère

Rethinking the festival in the light of the ecological transition

From 9 to 13 January 2023. 7 teams of 7, i.e. 49 students, the largest edition to date. Facilitated by Sophie Madjibé, with Abigaël Willard and a talk by designer Lucille Salmon.

The teams: Oso’Cycle, Le Numérique pour tous, Module Girafe, Eco-Logic, Modulab, Pop Up Eco-district, Local’Food.

2021: accro

How can a European creativity biennial succeed?

On 17 and 19 February 2021, by videoconference. With no corporate client that year, accro set its own question. 12 students, 2 teams, 254 sticky notes, 27 issues, 143 ideas, 2 formal solutions.

2020: 2CRSI

How can information and skills be better shared within the company?

On 22 and 30 April and 5 May 2020. The scheme’s first edition. 2CRSI, a Strasbourg-based computer server manufacturer, wanted more cross-functional working between its teams. Lockdown struck in the middle of preparations: the workshop was held entirely online. 9 students, 2 teams, 175 ideas, 2 proposals. Students’ rating: 4.7 out of 5.
