Solence is a medtech company co-founded by Clara Stephenson, a former business lawyer and expert patient, Mael Mertad, a medtech and digital health engineer, and Andreea Dumitrascu, a software solutions architect. In partnership with Besins Healthcare France laboratories, it is rethinking the therapeutic approach to polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), an endocrine disorder linked to anovulatory menstrual cycles and excess androgens, which affects one woman in seven in France and is the leading cause of infertility. The solution combines lifestyle medicine and digital innovation in an all-in-one platform designed to help patients manage the condition themselves on a day-to-day basis.
