Sapristi

Led by the cycling association Saperlipopette (now Xylocopa) with Cycles Manivelle, a Strasbourg bicycle maker founded in 2018, Sapristi involves designing a durable, repairable steel bicycle whose frame and fork, available in three sizes, suit everyone. An innovative system of front and rear dropouts lets riders change the bike’s configuration, from sporty to long-distance touring, while offering a choice of braking (disc or rim) and two types of wheel, so that each bike is set up according to the cyclist’s plans. The bikes will be available only for hire from the Strasbourg-based association.
