Pollux

When an expert leaves an organisation, it is not just a page being turned but a whole library of knowledge disappearing: every year, retirements, staff turnover and internal moves lead to the loss of critical knowledge that is often tacit and never written down. Pollux is an artificial intelligence platform that tackles this challenge by creating digital clones of employees, capturing their knowledge and reasoning so that anyone in the company can query it in natural language. The method is based on a collective identification of critical expertise, followed by multimodal collection (AI interviews, voice notes, documents, motion capture) that the AI structures into knowledge building blocks; each clone integrates with business tools such as Slack or Teams. Pollux thus turns individual know-how into living, lasting collective capital.
