Plateforme Fédération du Bas-Rhin pour la Pêche et la Protection du Milieu Aquatique
Faced with an outdated intranet dating from 2020, the Fédération du Bas-Rhin pour la Pêche et la Protection du Milieu Aquatique (FDP67) handles 4,500 applications a year for permits to navigate on the Rhine, with a 15-day turnaround, a secretariat that spends 70% of its time re-keying data and 30,500 anglers without a digital account. The Strasbourg digital agency Press·Agrum is developing the Plateforme Pêche Alsace for the federation: a modular, extensible, multi-tenant architecture compliant with GDPR and NF525, which makes it possible to add a sector or an approving body (VNF, EDF, CEA, etc.) in thirty minutes rather than three weeks of development. In time, processing should drop from 15 days to under 24 hours and secretarial time per application from 12 to 3 minutes, with an architecture designed to be rolled out to other federations across the Grand Est.
