Passeurs d'Avenir
Led by learning designer Brigitte Wild with the Institut Médico-Éducatif Eurométropole ARSEA de la Ganzau, Passeurs d’Avenir is a “toolbox” combining personal development, digital learning and professional integration, for adolescents and young adults aged 16 to 20 with intellectual disabilities, who each year discover a trade through work placements without always knowing what it really involves. The toolbox is made up of serious games, a digital escape game and interactive videos to be experienced with a virtual reality headset, all custom-built to make them accessible to every kind of user. By becoming familiar with the work environment before even setting foot in it, the young people reduce their misconceptions and apprehensions, paving the way for a successful first placement.
