Mob-ile

Archipel is a modular sensory construction kit for children aged 3 to 6, designed as a tool for making a space their own through play. Made up of wooden sticks, flexible connectors, mats, cushions and fabrics, it allows children to create structures inspired by natural elements and offers two ways of using it: free, spontaneous exploration, or educational exploration in school, where children build three “islands” (the Cave, the Campfire, the Raft), each meeting a different need (concentration, cooperation, movement). Inspired by active teaching methods (Reggio, Montessori, Freinet), the project, led by Kelly Molon with the association Premiers Cris, will be tested in schools, museums, hospitals and community centres to assess its impact on children’s independence and creativity.
