Mimi et Léo

Led by Amopix in partnership with the OLCA (Office pour la Langue et la Culture alsacienne), the project creates “‘s Mimi un de Leo”, the first app in Alsatian, allowing children aged 3 to 8 to play with the characters Mimi the mouse and Léo the fox, drawn by Sandrine Thommen and taken from the book of the same name published by the OLCA. The three modules are available in four languages (Alsatian, French, German and English) to encourage language learning. Designed for touchscreen tablets, the app is part of a wider reflection on building a digital library in Alsatian.
