Le Rhin comme vous...

Freshwater environments are among the most threatened ecosystems, facing a massive collapse in biodiversity as a result of human activity and climate change. Serge Dumont, a lecturer and researcher, hydro-ecologist and wildlife filmmaker, has been exploring the Rhine ecosystem for more than thirty years and has already filmed it in acclaimed documentaries. In response to this ecological emergency, this new film offers a rare immersive experience, the first of its kind in Fulldome, shot entirely in live action at the heart of the river. Through this sensory dive, viewers feel the Rhine and travel through it, in an immersion that seeks to renew science communication through emotion. Produced by Seppia with Le Ried Bleu, the ten-minute pilot, the first step towards a feature-length film, will be presented at the Strasbourg Planetarium.
