The Comptoir Agricole cooperative produces 97% of French hops in Alsace. The brewing market is changing fast. The trend is towards aromatic craft beers, and microbreweries are springing up all over the world. The Comptoir Agricole is teaming up with Advisa to create an online hop sales platform in order to serve this new microbrewery clientele as effectively as possible.
