La Carte Immobilière is a response to the outdated user experience and high prices of the main players in the French private-sale property market. It presents all listings smoothly and quickly on a single Google Maps map, where users can also display useful information such as a Street View of the road where the property is located, transport lines, schools, shops or travel times. Users can set up an email alert directly on the map by drawing the geographical area or areas they are interested in. A list view of results, as found on competing sites, is also available, leaving users free to choose how they search, in order to offer the most complete search experience possible.
