L'art du renouveau

Led by Delphine Menou’s Atelier DM with the Recyclerie La Benne Idée, which specialises in reusing household waste, L’Art du Renouveau aims to reduce furniture waste by using reclaimed flexible materials, even unusual ones, to renovate furniture destined for the tip and to create repurposed objects. Producing seating renovated with inner tubes, an abundant material that other reuse players (Dynamo, Cyclomaniak) are unable to make use of in their own workshops, has proved a real success, closing the reuse loop. After training delivered to the Recyclerie’s staff, this furniture is intended to be offered for hire and for sale on the association’s online shop, as well as for bespoke fit-outs.
