Hello Kiné

Led by the physiotherapist Marion Kraehn, trained in back school and sports physiotherapy, in partnership with the serious games studio Almédia (Gilles Noeppel), Hello Kiné is a connected lumbar cushion, filled with air and fitted with a motion sensor, designed to prevent and relieve lower back pain. Linked to an app, it makes it possible to assess lumbar mobility and offer tailored exercises that mobilise the joints and strengthen the muscles to break the vicious circle of pain and inactivity. The method draws on mental imagery (biofeedback), whose neurofunctional equivalence with actually performing the movement is now widely demonstrated. The device is aimed at physiotherapists and individuals alike.
