Identifying and reporting hateful content on the internet is one of the missions of the Licra’s legal teams. “Hate-Tracker” will bring within reach the hateful video content that currently escapes this legal monitoring. “Hate-Tracker” automatically and regularly searches for videos, identifies critical sequences and raises alerts based on criteria defined in a specially developed ontology of hate speech.
