Cuisine Aventure

Led by Crealettres, a publisher of innovative books and digital tools, in partnership with Cuisine Aptitude, a cookery school, the Cuisine Aventure project offers a subscription to cookery lessons by post for children, tailored to the skills they have acquired, their tastes and the equipment they have. Each month, subscribers receive two personalised recipes, a practical guide and an ingredient or utensil by post. Once they have made the recipe, they share a photo of their dish, the difficulties they encountered and the new skills they have learnt on an online interface; the software then uses this information to choose the next recipes to send. With a budget of €61,800, the project received a Tango grant of €17,520.
