Calitech, which specialises in selling, installing and servicing heat pumps, is developing with Innovation In Design an innovative sensor that attaches to the heat pump. It measures electricity consumption in real time and shows the exact amount of the corresponding bill at any moment. Householders can thus track how their consumption and bill evolve, for example via a smartphone app.
