BioCapsule

Arkeale develops the BioCapsule®, a compact, turnkey recycling station installed for local authorities and food professionals, which recycles food waste into energy on site and enables local self-consumption through hyperlocal biowaste management. With the BioCapsule HMI project, Arkeale is designing and prototyping an automated monitoring system for the industrial process, combining an industrial controller, a database and a cloud-based UX platform for processing information. This solution makes it easier to monitor installed BioCapsules and intervene remotely. Thanks to the collaboration between Arkeale’s R&D team and Nudge Tech’s network of technical experts, supported by Tango&Scan, the project has produced a tested, working prototype monitoring system.
