A “bidouillothèque” is a lending library of digital tools that are uncommon or expensive to buy and useful for building prototypes or running awareness workshops. Their use is supported by an online resource centre. Users range from students to enthusiasts, from parents to teachers. The aim is to give everyone access to digital technology and to narrow the divide in both usage and equipment.
